VMworld Update (and how to win a free Zune HD)

Today is the first day of VMworld.  Unfortunately I will not be there until tomorrow – so today I just have to sit here impatiently and follow the event vicariously online.  In the mean time I do have a few updates:

First – I now have my final session and booth duty schedule.  As well as attending the sessions that I have mentioned here, I will be in the Microsoft booth from 3:30pm to 4:30pm on Wednesday and from 10:30am to 11:30am on Thursday.  So come on by and say hello!

Second – we have launched a website specifically for covering Microsoft’s activities at and around VMworld this year.  Just go to http://www.microsoft.com/vmworld to see what we are doing.

Finally – we are running a sweepstake where we will be giving away free Zune HD 32GB Video and MP3 players!  How do you enter?  Well you just need to start following one of the Microsoft experts at VMworld on twitter.  To be eligible you need to be:

  • A new follower, who starts following between now and 5pm (PDT) September 4th, 2009.
  • A legal resident of the 50 US states or DC.

Note that you do not need to be at VMworld to be eligible.

So what are you waiting for:
