System Center Virtual Machine Manager Beta
At WinHEC we announced that we were working on System Center Virtual Machine Manager - to provide a centralized management solution for Microsoft server virtualization offerings. We are planning to make a public beta of this available in Q3 of this year - which will be interoperable with Virtual Server 2005 R2.
You can sign up for this beta by:
- Going to https://connect.microsoft.com,
- Selecting “Available Connections”
- Selecting “System Center Virtual Machine Manager Beta 1 Program” from the list
- Selecting “Apply” and filling out the public nomination survey
You will then be notified of acceptance into the beta - and provided more information - as it becomes available. (Note - connect.microsoft.com does require that you have a passport account).
