OS/2 Warp 4 Addendum

An associate of mine pointed out a couple of points that I missed few points for OS/2 installation:

1. You should be careful to specify that you want to use NetBios over TCP/IP during installation instead of plain NetBios. You need NetBios over TCP/IP to communicate with Windows computers - and it is next to impossible to change this post install.
2. You cannot install the Virtual Machine Additions for OS/2 until after you have installed the appropriate FixPacks (I will post on this soon)
