Duke Nukem II under Virtual PC

Following Duke Nukem (https://blogs.msdn.com/virtual_pc_guy/archive/2004/12/03/274205.aspx) - Duke Nukem II was a huge step forward in the Duke Nukem series. It provided native VGA support, parallax levels and sound blaster support. And just like the original Duke Nukem - it runs fine under Virtual PC and Virtual Server (however - you will not have any sound under Virtual Server - as there is no sound card and the PC speaker sounds suffer the same issues as with the original Duke Nukem).
