You will be responsible for creating customer-focused and accurate documentation for a developer audience. This content will include technology and feature overviews, tasks and scenarios, code samples, and API reference documentation. You will also explore videos, forums, and blogs as avenues to provide content to customers.

Join the Visual Basic team and be a part of the product team from vision through release. You will use your teamwork skills to collaborate with program managers, developers, testers, and other members of the documentation team. You must have good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize among multiple work items. Developing good working partnerships with various members of the product team will be critical to your success.

Basic qualifications for this position include: technical writing or programming writing experience; experience writing code using Microsoft Visual C#, Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft J#, or Java; and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technical Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Writing samples are required.
