MSDEV Video Series Highlights Internet Explorer 9 (IE9)

A new set of videos from MSDEV explains Internet Explorer 9 Platform for developers. Platform Preview 4 of Internet Explorer 9 has features like a new SVG engine, the “Chakra” JavaScript engine now integrated into the browser instead of a separate object called via COM. It has better Acid3 (95/100) and WebKit SunSpider scores.

The IE9 Rocks HTML5 Audio Support. In this presentation, Josh Rose, SDET II for Internet Explorer, looks at a real-world example of how developers can use HTML5 audio support in the fourth build of the IE9 Platform Preview.
