Outlook .PST File Format Spec Released

A while back we had a post talking about how we were going to be releasing the .PST file format spec which would allow application developers to tap into a .PST file without having to launch Outlook or build an add-in to Outlook.  Well, the day has finally come, we have published the spec here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff385210.aspx
