Video Shows How to Publish Your Web Application to Windows Azure

msdev Windows Azure goes live on November 17. Between now and then, you can still try out Windows Azure under the Community Preview. To help give you step by step instructions on how to move your Web application to the cloud, MSDEV has put together a video Publishing Wepages to Windows Azure Platform Tutorial.

IMPORTANT: To get ready to work on the tutorial, you will need to get your own Azure Invitation Code under the no-cost Community Technology Preview (CTP) program. See Windows Azure for Developers. Click Get Your Account.  You’ll receive your Azure CTP Invitation Code via email takes approximately 3-5 business days.

The tutorial will walk you through creating and uploading your own "hello world" single Web page Azure application. The whole process takes only 45 minutes, including installing a couple of pieces of required software.

For more information about Windows Azure for developers, see Windows Azure for Developers site.
