Larry Gregory talked to the team of Adrian Manzano and Rene Nario of https://www.freeltor.com at a recent Bizspark incubation event hosted by Sanjay Jain.

Their solution reduces the administration overhead of running a business for the real estate agent and frees them to focus on their clients and buying and selling property. In a few short days Freeltor took advantage of touch in Windows 7 and Expression Blend to deliver both an administration tool as well as a Windows 7 gadget.
