What is exciting about a keyboard?
The usual answer is not much, when was the last time you got excited about a new keyboard? Perhaps a wireless keyboard was cool as it removed at least one cable from your desk but when was the last time there was ever a true innovation on the computer keyboard? Microsoft's hardware division has been working on a keyboard that has pressure sensitive keys. Thats right, the keyoboard knows then you have pressed a key hard and when you have pressed a key lightly. In addition the keyboard can register how you press multiple keys. Sounds like a great idea for a new gaming platform where instead of a key simply being pressed on and off, instead it knows you pressed the 'A key softly but the 'B' hard.
Now when you are word processing you can make a word bold by simply typing harder!!!
