Microsoft announces Social Networking Accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Initially integrating with Twitter, this tool will also be extended to other social networking sites and will let users monitor customers posts on sites like Twitter. Being able to monitor and analyze what customers are discussing on social networking sites is very important. Here is the official press release.
