Microsoft Dynamics CRM: How to improve GTM further in time and cost?

One of the common questions I am getting from many of our ISVs, who are adopting Microsoft Dynamics CRM “Titan” as their choice of development platform, is how to improve Go-To-Market (GTM) further in time and cost.
