Update your Windows Mobile devices for the Changes to the US Daylight Savings Time
In August 2005, the United States Congress passed the Energy Policy Act that changes both the start and end dates of Daylight Savings Time (DST) starting in 2007. Effective this year, Daylight Savings Time will start three weeks earlier and end one week later than in previous years.
Download this desktop utility to update your Windows Mobile device’s registry settings to adjust the time on the device to be consistent with the new Daylight Savings Time dates. Without the update, your device time will be incorrect during the 4 additional weeks of Day Light Savings time this year.
