Unified Service Desk 2.2.2 is released!!!

The latest release of Unified Service Desk client (version is released today. This release primarily focuses on empowering IT Operations, developers and administrators troubleshoot issues in production.


Unified Service Desk diagnostics logging now collects not just the run-time logs, but several key details about the process including a full memory dump as well. More details of what gets collected can be found here. Even the run-time logs got an overhaul and you will be to see more meaningful information. Finally, in the event of a fatal error or a crash, Unified Service Desk will now automatically restart (this behavior can be controlled by the developers, if a custom component is leading to that error/crash).

Unified Service Desk also provides immersive omni-channel experiences with CafeX Live Assist. You can try the same by provisioning Live Assist from Dynamics 365 AppSource. More details about Unified Service Desk and Live Assist can be found here.
