E2 UK Live Event: Help us shape the future of Education Technology this October

Microsoft Education UK is thrilled to host our first ever E² Regional Conference - a dynamic new event for education technology leaders in the UK

Taking place during the first week of October in our Microsoft London HQ, this event will recognise and celebrate the achievements of educators who bring content, pedagogy, and technology together to raise achievement & empower students for success in the 21st Century.

Spread over three days, this FREE event will be packed full of great content and activities led by educators and education technology experts. Each day is a specially tailored for specific roles within education, with activities and sessions specifically addressing the needs and aspirations of the following communities:

  • Day one: IT leads and Multi Academy Trust IT Leaders
  • Day two: School Leaders
  • Day three: Microsoft Innovative Educators

Across all three days there will be a specific focus on our brand new classroom tool 'Microsoft Teams'. Attendees will get the incredible chance to exclusively talk to the Microsoft Teams global engineers, helping to shape and evolve the product specifically for its use within Education. After each day there will also be an opportunity to experience our Tech Showcase, getting hands on with the latest devices from Microsoft and a number of our device partners that are perfect for education.

With around 1.5 million jobs currently in the UK's digital sector, and a further 100,000 new coding jobs predicted to be in existence by 2020, digital skills are in increasingly high demand. E² will give attendees an opportunity to learn more about Microsoft's Digital Skills Programme, and how we are working with a number of partners and organisations to ensure that today's learners are developing the necessary skills to succeed in the workplace of the future.

Joining us across the three days will also be a number of our MIE Experts, Microsoft Learning Advisers, and product specialists, delivering informative sessions and hosting hands-on workshops, all planned with each day's audience in mind.
