As we start the new school year, we will begin a series of weekly webinars tailored for educators on a variety of different topics, hosted by our very own Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts and Teacher Ambassadors. These webinars are designed to assist teachers in developing their own digital skills, allowing them to do more with the technology available to them in the classroom, through a series of different tips, tricks, experiences and lesson plans, all linked to teaching and learning with Microsoft technologies!

Kick starting the program is Natalie Burgess, Microsoft’s very own Teacher Ambassador, with our first session happening on Thursday 29th September 2016 at 3:30pm. Natalie will be sharing her experiences of Teaching modern languages with Office 365 to primary school students, and will demonstrate the easy steps will empower you to adopt a similar approach in your classroom, finding the right formula for success with your students.

Register now for Teaching modern languages with Office 365.

If you aren't able to join Natalie tomorrow afternoon, you can still learn about how she has been using Office 365 to teach foreign languages through this Sway she has put together:

Following on from this, Microsoft will be running webinars each week that cover a wide range of topics as well as exploring ways to make use all of our educational resources. Building upon this, at the end of each session you will be introduced to the Microsoft Educator Community, complete with a voucher which you can apply to your account and gain points towards your very own MIE badge! This is an ideal personal development opportunity for teachers of all backgrounds; whether you are taking your first steps with technology in the classroom, or well underway with your journey.
