Postcard from Convergence

Dear all

Convergence is once more over and this time the strongest theme was NAV 2009. The Product Team from Corp, put on some great demonstrations (we even Had Kiril playing the part of a warehouseman) and it has to said that the Web Services piece was the biggest wow.

 For those of you that missed it, we saw searching for NAV data through the Business Data Catalogue, a C# app that was checking credit status, and of course deep integration to Office apps. As Phil has bolgged before, Web Services offers up so many new inegration opportunities for partners that we seem only to be limited by our own imaginations.

The main launch event itself was spearheaded by Jan Silleman and Dan Brown who very wittily showed the app being uploaded to Partnersource - hopefully this will was video'ed.
