Book in for Now NAV 2009 Technical Readiness Training Events
For the launch of NAV 2009 (and unique to the UK) we are going to be running a two stage technical readiness plan.
Stage 1:
We have built a 3 day instructor led NAV 2009 Technical Training Course based on CTP4 and covering the following modules:
· Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Installation
· Role Tailored Client Install
· Differences between the RoleTailored Client and the Classic Client
· Advantages of the New Reporting Facilities
· Comparison Between the Two-tier and the Three-tier Architecture
· Web Services
· Existing Design Rule Changes
· New Design Elements
· Coexistence of the Clients
· Redesign Considerations
· Transforming Forms
· Transforming the Menu Suite
This course is running for the first time over 3 days starting on the Monday 17th November.
Each delegate will get copies of the labs, training material and VPCs on a portable hard drive to take away after the course.
There is a nominal cost of £250 to attend this 3 day event. This is to avoid ‘no shows’.
Because this is an instructor led training session it is limited to 15 attendees for each duration. We will be scheduling two more iterations for December with more early in Jan based on demand.

Stage 2:
On the 9th December we are running a one day follow up ‘deep dive’ technical workshop with the EMEA NAV Support Team. The premise for this second stage is that any questions that arise following the initial training can be answered once the delegates have had a chance to practice with NAV 2009. We plan to gather questions for this session ahead of time. The support team will also cover off key findings from the TAP program.
To get the most out of this event you should ideally attend the 3 Day What’s New Training.
