Interesting international report on government customer/citizen service

I've just come across this interesting free report from Accenture which benchmarks the UK against 21 other countries for customer service.

This is the 8th year of this report but this is the first year that they've included a measure reflecting the citizen's view of the service provided to them.  This seems like a good addition - given that governments are striving to be more citizen-centric!

Although the UK comes out 9th overall it sounds like we need to be careful not to be complacent as there are many countries working hard to improve.
