This year, Microsoft Dynamics CRM was represented at Sibos 2013. Sibos is an annual conference, exhibition and networking event organised by SWIFT for the financial services industry, bringing together 7,000+ decision makers and subject-matter experts from financial institutions, market infrastructures, multinational corporations and technology partners (such as Microsoft).
Given the reluctance of most financial services firms to participate in PR about the solutions they use, I was really pleased to see announcements of a number of banking customers who are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including MKB Bank (Hungary), Volkskreditbank AG (Austria), ABN AMRO Bank (The Netherlands) and Metro Bank (UK). I particularly like the following customer quotes:
“We needed a CRM solution to power our entire bank, not just a single division or set of products.”
— Michael Reifetshamer, IT Manager at Volkskreditbank.
“Microsoft Dynamics CRM helps us enhance our customers’ experiences, combining traditional face-to-face service in our stores with amazing technology to ensure our customers receive the very best in service and convenience.”
— Paul Marriott-Clarke, Commercial Director at Metro Bank.
More details are available in our press-release, Banks put customers first with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, as well as some commentary from Seth Patton (Microsoft Dynamics Global Industry Directory) on our Executive Insight blog, Creating a Customer-Focused Bank.
