I just spent the last hour or so watching another Convergence 2013 video, this time, a wholes session devoted to the MarketingPilot product we acquired a few months ago. I think it’s fair to say that when this arrives in the UK later this year, there is going to be a massive need for both partner & customer training. The scope of this product is huge, and this is backed up by Paul Greenberg (CRM Analyst and author of “CRM at the Speed of Light”) who says:
“MarketingPilot is a very good set of applications but too dense for marketers”
