Microsoft Dynamics CRM In Retail Banking

Sorry for the last minute notice of this session, I’ve been meaning to post the details for the last couple of weeks. Max Fatouretchi (Microsoft Dynamics industry manager for the financial services sector) is running a 1 hour Live Meeting tomorrow at 15:00 BST (07:00 PST), in conjunction with Microsoft Dynamics partner Veripark, to discuss Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in the retail banking sector.

Session Objectives:

Participants will learn the common pain points in the retail banking sector and how to develop a “solution-mapping” together with Veripark to help their clients to improve customer satisfaction and increase cross- and up-selling.

As partners extend our ability to deliver great solution on Dynamics to our customers, in this session we are hosting Özkan Erener, the managing partner of Veripark who received the Dynamics Partner of the Year award in Financial Services 2010.

Veripark has extensive knowledge and more than 10 years experience in retail banking business and has developed successfully several CRM applications for the retail banking sector.  During this session Veripark presents their CRM solution for retail banking which is based and Certified for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CfMD).

Özkan will present some of the examples of several clients implementations including retail and universal Banking and discusses some of the important elements today and in the near future for the Retail Banks to improve Customer Retention, Process Efficiency and Cost Reduction.
