Forrester 2010 Reports For CRM Now Available

I just spotted Chris’s post detailing the latest analyst reports from Forrester that were published a couple of days ago. The really good news is that in both the Mid-Market CRM and Enterprise CRM categories, Microsoft Dynamics CRM comes out ahead of the competition.
