As you may know, I spend a little bit of time each week keeping up to date with what's going on in the rest of Microsoft outside of just CRM. Last week, at the Unified Communications Launch 2007 worldwide event in San Francisco, Bill Gates and Jeff Raikes launched our next generation of unified communications products and services. I put aside some time to watch the keynote session recording, and was surprised to hear Jeff talk about CRM 4.0 half way through his speech. If you fast forward to 54mins 40secs you will hear how CRM 4.0 is integrated with Office Communicator 2007 to allow single click voice or instant messenger calls from within CRM.
