Self Serve on Customer Reference Requests

How many times have you been frustrated by a Microsoft Out of Office message at the time when you really need to get a customer reference request going? Well the frustration ends today. Given the number of reference requests I’m getting directly from people in the channel, there seems to be a hidden tool that many of you aren’t aware of, the Customer Reference Request tool. This will enable you to make a request, with all of the pertinent information, which will go directly to our Customer Reference team (i.e. no more waiting for that pesky email response from the middle man).
