Today’s development teams are faced with ever shortening development cycles, hard deadlines and a cost imperative that makes avoiding mistakes all the more important. If you have a specific mobile solution requirement targeting Microsoft Windows Mobile and would like to minimize any design risks to the project, then consider this workshop.

Over a period of two days, we will drill down deeply into the drivers and constraints the business requirements have on your mobile solution and will discuss the best known architectural and design solutions needed to meet them.

Day One will be your day to tell us about your mobile solution vision. In an informal but highly-structured and interactive day, we will work with you to determine your application’s key requirements and restrictions, the functional use-cases to be considered, and the business drivers for the project. Day Two will follow on from the solution requirements gathered. We will help you through the steps to design application architecture to fulfil the needs determined. This will be an invigorating session where technology proposals will be put forward, challenged and counter-proposed until the most suitable solutions are found for you. The day should end with a workable mobile application design with key implementation technologies identified. If time permits, we will drill down on the key technologies identified during the design discussion. This will be an opportunity to investigate the best-use of a given implementation, its limitations and identify areas for further investigation.
