Hobnobbing

And I’m not talking McVities*, if you know what I mean. Yesterday I met two geek-arena Personalities of Note at Microsoft. We will play two truths and a lie for you to guess. Two of the following statements are true. ONE IS A LIE.

  1. Yesterday I got to meet Michael Domingo, who writes and podcasts about technology and certification, including ours. E.g. MCP Radio.
  2. Yesterday I sat with Sara Ford at lunch, she has a Visual Studio 2008 tip of the day that doesn’t really help me, but could very well help you.
  3. Today I drank Chai with Al Gore, who might, or might not, have invented the Internet

While you are guessing, I will get ready for work (I am late to a meeting).

* For the record, "one nibble and you’re nobbled!"

who likes Chai tea? I guess number 3.

  5. Andy says:

    Here are mine:

    I have 8 computers

    I have 8 children

I have taken over 238 certification exams

  6. Andy, if you have 8 computers and have taken over 238 certification exams, then you definitely don’t have 8 children. Just couldn’t find the time to make them. Just sayin’. So there’s my pick.

  7. Douglas says:

Hobnobs are available at my local Albertson’s grocery store, your mileage may vary. Mmmm. Hobnobs.

  8. Peter Read says:

Over 238 exams?  Crikey, I hope not for the sake of your sanity!

  9. trikah@microsoft.com says:

Andy, I suspect that you have nine children, so the 8 children is a lie.

    Douglas, stop taunting me.

  10. Andy says:

Michael was right. I have 8 computers, 2 kids, and 238 exams under my belt.
