I think I already mentioned that MSFT employees took 1500 exams at this year's Techready, our internal technical training conference. Here are the top five most popular exams taken on site by employees:

  1. 70-620: Configuring Windows Vista Client
  2. 70-630: TS: Configuring Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
  3. 70-631: TS: Configuring Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
  4. 70-236: TS: Configuring Microsoft Exchange Server 2007
  5. 70-237: Pro: Designing Messaging Solutions with Microsoft Exchange Server 2007

I think this is the first TR where the top five are all "new gen," though the 6. and 7. spots were still Winders Server 2003 exams.
