Grids Gone Wild XII
The word on the street is that our certification grid/introductory page for MCITP: Consumer Support Technician is now live--along with updates to the two related prep guides. Visit the page for more info, or just trust me when I tell you that this is new--an option for those of you who work in consumer electronics support...setting up home networks...etc.
If you are interested, the first step is the "big Vista" exam (70-620), same as your first step toward MCITP: Enterprise Support would be.

In related news, we have updated the MCITP landing page to appease good readers such as Mark Morowczynski. At least, at the time of this poasting it is up to date. Within two hours, I imagine we will have released some new information or certification that will render the page obsolete. But I will enjoy the next two hours immensely, knowing we are 100% on top of things here at MIcrosoft Learning.
