Video Help Content at Microsoft

In the last year or so my team has jumped into video content. (You can see some of the results at the Forefront Online Protection for Exchange video site on Technet Edge.) It seems to me like a natural step as bandwidth increases, because in my opinion you can get a lot more across to a user in a short video than you can in text. This isn't to say that I think text content is going away, but I really like how video content can complement text content. Many teams at Microsoft are embracing this idea. For example, today I ran across a new set of videos called Inside Windows Phone, geared to developers, from the Windows Phone 7 team. I really like how they are using a video series to proactively engage with developers and show them where the product is going.
