One week until TechEd: Developers

TechEd: Developers kicks off in Barcelona on November 7th. According to the site, it's not too late to register - so if you're looking for some great technical content and you're from that part of the world (or if you can get there), you better get cracking!

In addition to the many fantastic speakers from other product groups and our partner companies, Don and I will be there waving the flag for p&p. If you're planning on coming to this event, please stop by and say hello, and of course we'd love to hear how you're using p&p and your ideas for the future. Don and I will spend a lot of time hanging around the Architect Booth in the Ask The Experts area (with lots of p&p books and DVDs to give out :-). We're also going to be presenting the following sessions:

  • ARCWD01: Software Factory Futures (Tom)

    • Tuesday 7th November, 16:00-17:15

  • ARCWD02: Enterprise Library for .NET Framework 3.0 (Tom)

    • Wednesday 8th November, 09:00-10:15

    • Wednesday 8th November, 15:15-16:30

  • DEV308: Proven Practices for Implementing Services (Don, with Beat Schwegler)

    • Thursday 9th November, 10:45-12:00

  • ARCWD04: Introducing the Service Factory (Don)

    • Thursday 9th November, 15:45-17:00

    • Friday 10th November, 09:00-10:15

Update: As Eugenio has kindly pointed out, friend-of-p&p Mario Szpuszta will be presenting an additional p&p session for us:

  • DEV412: Designing and Developing Smart Clients based on Composite UI Application Block and Smart Client Software Factory

    • Friday 10th November, 09:00-10:15

Another Update: Daniel Cazzulino will also be there, presenting on mobile development and the Mobile Client Software Factory:

  • DEV342: Designing Zero-Code Adaptive User Interfaces for Windows Mobile

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Buenas otra novedad por parte del equipo de P&P, pero esta vez poco relacionada con la tecnología.
