The Business of Software Column

I hadn't checked out the MSDN column page in a while so I decided to hit it up and see what's new. I discovered a new column about the business of being a small software shop by Eric Sink (the non-legend), which I think is very interesting. I am interested in the successes of small ISVs and hope that Eric will tell us about the early days of his company, the troubles he's had and the ways he's learned to promote his products and grow his customer base. As a math/physics nerd, I passed the business school every day on my way to class, but thought myself above actually taking business classes.

I also had a read through Sells' Longhorn column, which gives an overview of what the Windows group has planned. No doubt old news to weblogs.asp.net authors.
