Welcome to Tip Talk, a new feature we’ll officially launch on August 31.

Why a blog? Well, if you’ve been visiting these sites for a while, you’ve likely noticed the "Was this content useful?" question at the bottom of our articles. Over the past year thousands of people have responded and many have sent us comments with great questions or good ideas. This column is our way to answer some of the questions, share some of the ideas, and give you tips to help you get more out of your computer.
