The new version of th tool can be downloaded from https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?linkid=77002. New release contains some bug fixes.

 - Auto-Save functionality is updated
 - Shortcuts have been updated
 - Couple of other UI fixes 

Check out the above page to download the new update. This is a full msi package, you would have to uninstall the existing version to install this. Feel free to let us know if you guys have any questions about the tool or the process surrounding it.
