I'm a Principal Consultant for Microsoft Consulting Services, working in the UK Dynamics CRM team. I have worked for Microsoft for 6 years and have specialised in Dynamics CRM for the last 4. I'm primarily focussed on the development and xRM side of our Dynamics CRM engagements and am lucky enough to have the job of finding the best solution to requirements that cannot be achieved out of the box.

In addition to my day job, I have spent a great deal of time co-authoring the Dynamics CRM Developer Toolkit which has been my sideline passion for the last couple of years.
