Can MS CRM 4.0 co-exist with TFS?
There aren't any known issues so far, but using separate reporting services instances for these applications (TFS & CRM) will avoid potential issues. Both these applications configure reporting services during installation.

Having said that, be mindful, if the default or only available reporting services on app tier is already configured for CRM. As a recommendation do not install TFS on this box as TFS will try to reconfigure this Reporting services during install and can cause issues to CRM. In such a situation please connect the Microsoft Product support services.
