CrowdSourceHire Launches the Code4Goal Coding Contest in 2015 with Microsoft as its main sponsor.

CrowdSourceHire is launching the first ever Code4Goal Coding Challenge sponsored by Microsoft on the 14th January 2015. With a star studded judging panel including coding royalty from Atlassian, Microsoft, and MitchelLake.

The aim of this coding contest is to create a friendly competitive environment for their already existing user base, as well as other programmers who are looking to showcase their coding skills, and solve some existing needs within the business community.

For the first code4goal contest, CrowdSourceHire will invite all coders to build a solution that will be solving an existing issue faced by all companies looking to recruit great talent.

Often companies have problems with sorting out large volumes of CVs / resumes advertising for their job roles. In order to minimise their time in sorting out and have a benchmark way of comparing candidates, the code4goal entrants will be tasked with the challenge of developing a solution that will solve this problem.

The Prize
The winner of this coding contest will receive a new Microsoft Surface Pro 3 i5 256GB, which comes with bragging rights when they showcase their brand spanking new Microsoft Surface Pro 3 to all their developer friends.

The Judging
Contest entrant will be judged on four major criteria: Solution, Speed, Accuracy, & Code Cleanliness.
