Issue with "Any year calendar creator" and introducing a new flavor

Each month we, the template folks, comb your comments in the hopes of finding issues that we can fix. Sometimes it's the template which is faultly and other times, we find all that's required is a little education.

Back in May, we published an Any year calendar creator in Excel 2007. Many comments came in saying that it was broken because the dates didn't automatically populate when the year was changed. One thing to try if this happens is to make sure Excel 2007 is set to automatically calculate.

I also wanted to take a moment to introduce a new flavor of the Any year calendar called the Perpetual yearly calendar.

Please let us know what you think and keep those comments coming!

For those working in companies that haven’t upgraded to Office 2007 or using Office 2003 at home, when will there be any Calendars available for the 2009 calendar year please?  (Doesn’t need to be a fancy creator like this one for 2007 <g>)

    Thank you.

We saw a lot of comments asking for 2009 calendars in Office 2003 so we’ve been publishing them. Take a look at the 2009 calendars on the Office Online Templates website to see what’s live now:

I have Office 2007 and have automatic recalculation switched on. The Calendar does not work for me either.

There are still some of us using Office 2000.  I was very sorry to see that there weren’t any calendar templates for us.  I really love my Office 2000 but PLEASE give me a template for 2010 calendar.

    Hi Karen –

There is one calendar template available for Excel 2000:

Our team is currently working on 2010 and no longer focused on 2000.

    thanks, The Templates Team
