One intern's experience at Microsoft

I wanted to share a cool message I got this morning from one of our interns (I deleted the contact information and got permission from the sender to post this).

I was glad that being an intern was such a nice experience for this student!

Hi Steven,

I am glad to know that you know sign languages and enjoyed conversing with you yesterday during Tech Talk. It was a great pleasure working with all of you in this world-renewed office Microsoft and the knowledge acquired here would last me a lifetime. I certainly cannot ask for a better job than Microsoft and the excellent staff members here that I worked with. As I am about to leave Microsoft to return to Rochester and head for India to visit my family, I didn’t realize how much I was going to miss the wonderful people here that worked with when I first came here to work.

It is with that in mind, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the job entrusted to me and

I truly will miss the friendly jokes and the gestures that many of the staff here created when trying to cope with the sign languages.

Please share my words of thank you to everyone here who had worked with me and I wish you

all the best as you continue to work.
