The Microsoft UK EDU Roadshow returns this week! 

This week sees the awaited return of our 2018 #MicrosoftEdu Roadshow series! We will be travelling to Surrey, Fort William and Inverness to kick of our second series of Roadshows and spread the word about the great things you can achieve with Microsoft in Education. Microsoft UK Smart Places & Connected Communities Event in London

On 20th April, Microsoft UK will be hosting a Smart Places & Connected Communities event at their Paddington Offices in London. Microsoft’s Digital Skills programme aims to provide everyone with basic online skills: a crucial element of ‘educated and aspiring’ pillar of connected communities. We are constantly looking for ways for you to expand your understanding & knowledge of technology. FE & HE Training & CPD Boot camp

This week Microsoft UK's FE and HE Engagement Lead Clare Riley, is hosting an exclusive Microsoft in Education Training Summit in Reading, UK from the 18th-20th April. Delegates will become an accredited Microsoft in Education Global Trainer, specialising in Office 365 for teaching and learning and for personal productivity, helping save time and minimise stress for faculty.

In three days of face to face training, focusing on the Microsoft Teacher Academies (these are focused on classroom tools such as OneNote, Office 365, Sway, Microsoft Forms, Office Mix, etc.) this event has been designed to empower colleges and universities to integrate some new resources from Microsoft into their training programmes. New Updates for OneNote in Windows 10 

If you are a fan of OneNote and using the Windows 10 app version then you will be eager to know about the latest and greatest updates. Check out the OneNote for Windows 10 April update on the OneNote support page now to find out all about the new features in OneNote Windows 10. You can now switch between solving real and complex numbers with the Math Assistant. Another fantastic example of how OneNote is making it easy for educators to improve learning outcomes for their students and engage them in their subject! More details here.
