Also, the Skype in the Classroom Team is inviting you to join one of their sessions in The Microsoft Learn Live Theatre!

Wednesday to Saturday at 12pm and 15:30pm -the MIE Experts and Skype Master Teachers, Paul Watkins (UK) and Dyane Smokorowski (USA) will be presenting about Skype in the Classroom and how it can transform learning experiences for your students and enhance collaboration in your classroom. If you are wondering how you can incorporate Skype in your classrooms this is a session not to be missed!

On Wednesday 24, at 12:45pm, the US MIE Experts and Skype Master Teachers Amy Rosenstein and Steve Auslander will be talking about Skype in the Classroom and how it can be used in your schools to transform students into empathetic global citizens and cultivate their critical thinking. Both Amy and Steve are Skype advocates and have implemented lots of initiatives that have inspired both the students and the teachers in their schools. If you are looking for transformative projects and ideas for your classroom make sure you get into this session!

Skype in the Classroom is a part of the Microsoft Educator Community, reaching 2 million teachers around the world with everything from lesson plans and training, to classroom to classroom connections, guest speakers and virtual field trips over Skype.  There are no costs involved for teachers or partners.  This is an educational program that aims to remove geographic and economic boundaries to education through the innovative use of technology in a classroom environment. Skype in the Classroom lessons are live learning experiences that are scheduled in advance between one or more classes and a virtual field trip or guest speaker host.
