Where to Find SharePoint Templates

Bill, a customer (and friend) of mine just sent me an email asking:

"I’m looking for a SharePoint template that will track vacations, illness, training, and so forth for my group.  Can you point me to good places to mine?"

I asked my colleagues and this is what they came up with:

If you know of any more resources, send me a message and I'll add them to my Listas List that I've created.
