The Academic tech·days 09 is the first Microsoft tech·days track organized specifically for technically focused students, teachers and faculty members. This half-day event gives introductory level information for academic audiences interested in software development on the Microsoft platform and technologies.
Presentations focus on web-development with Microsoft Silverlight, games development with Microsoft XNA, mobile development with .NET Compact Framework 3.5 and Windows Mobile, as well as Mesh with a demo of a Swiss application called sobees. We will also share information about locally available Academic resources and organize fun on-site activities with cool prizes. After the technical presentations, the evening will continue with a memorable tech·days 09 Party.
The event is free of charge and available only for full-time students, teachers and faculty members of educational institutions under public law. Presentation language in both events is English.
