This is actually the documentation for our version 1 release which will be available soon as part of the Visual Studio 2005 SDK version 3 release - see https://blogs.msdn.com/stuart_kent/archive/2006/08/31/733372.aspx.

Note that the documentation isn't finished - we have a dedicated team still working on it - so expect further documentation releases until the end of the year.
