StreamInsight eClinic

In addition to the SQL Training Kit posted earlier, a StreamInsight eClinic is available as well. eClinics are designed to be 100-200 level introductions to the topics, targeted at people that want to gain an understanding of the technology, while the Training Kit contains more depth and is targeted towards developers.

Note that the eClinic was published already before RTM of StreamInsight and is hence still based on our November CTP bits.
