StorSimple 5000/7000/8000 Series: Vulnerability in SSL 3.0

Microsoft recently released Security Advisory 3009008 to help address a vulnerability in SSL 3.0. This vulnerability affecting the SSL 3.0 protocol is not specific to Microsoft StorSimple 5000/7000/8000 series devices. Customers who have chosen to encrypt their data with an AES256 encryption key are protected from this vulnerability for enterprise data. To further protect our customers, we are working on disabling SSLv3.0 on the StorSimple device and in Azure over the coming months .
