My Bloggers of The Year 2009
After finding myself on Nicholas Bate’s list of Bloggers of The Year 2009 I decided it was high time I put together my own list of great blogs I read…so here goes
- SwissMiss – Tina finds the best stuff on the web and shares it. I copy and then share with you…you should go to her first. That’s why she made the Times list
- The Sartorialist – when you’re brilliant at your hobby, it can become your job.
- Joe Saward – for when you really want to know what’s going on in Formula 1
- Ina Fried – fast, frank and knows more about Microsoft than I do.
- Chris Rawlinson – turning the digital media space upside down in South Africa
- Dan Lyons (aka FakeSteve) – he’s got even better since he was outed.
- Rob Margel – a Softie who helps me keep on top of Windows
- Sarah Perez – yes I shamelessly steal from her…but there is good reason. She’s faster than a speeding bullet when it comes to Microsoft tech news
- Kris Hoet – I missed having him around and he blogs less, but it’s always good
- Katie Ledger – friend, author, newscaster, geek….the list goes on
- Marc Holmes – the irreverent & smart side of Microsoft in one tidy blog package. well, not always tidy but bloody good
- Dataviz – I know not who they are but they collect infoporn like I collect bad habits.
- Dave O’Hara – if you want to know what’s going on in the cloud, he *is* the silver lining
- Mel Carson – he’s exploded on the web over the last 12 months. A partner in crime
- Amazon Web Services blog – take heed my Azure colleagues.
- Techflash – never afraid to give credit to a blogger. Respect to Todd and the gang
- Steve Rubel – hands up who doesn’t read Steve?
- David Brain – friend, legend, City supporter and all round top bloke. Media is he.
- Hugh MacLeod – it’s all his fault.
- Joining Dots – the world would be a worse off place if Sharon didn’t blog.
- Nicholas Bate – he gives away even more than Seth. a gentleman.
I hope there are some new finds on there for you…I’ll reserve the right to add a few more as there are just a tonne of great blogs out there that I love.
