Does Allard have the midas touch for Windows?

Interesting post by Joe Wilcox about Zune and reaction from kids who got it for Christmas. Of more interest to me was this line:

 

Zune marketing is excellent, and there are strong ties to XBOX 360

 

I agree. Zune marketing and XBOX marketing are some of the best we have. The recent XBOX 360 TV ad was brilliant and I love this video for Zune.

Why does this intrigue me?

J Allard. The guy has a midas touch and you have to wonder why we don't drop him over to the Windows group for a while? Maybe he could help with some of the Vista bashing and help spend the $300m we're apparently about to drop on consumer ads.
