Our event today in Reading was a great success. We hosted over 200 13-15 year old girls and gave them a good insight in to the world of Microsoft and technology. I wish they did this kind of stuff when I was a kid...

Katie hosted and did an amazing job of keeping us on time, keeping the event fun and generating a lot of energy from the crowd. I spent the afternoon working with 16 girls to put together a 2 minute video on XBOX 360 using Movie Maker and a few other tools. To say it was harder than a normal day at the office would be an understatement! Great fun though and good to see a lot of the girls leaving the building with a new found enthusiasm for technology.

Next up, Hodge Hill School from Birmingham. Not sure if I'm cut out for this teaching lark...
