Another cool find by Frank - IE7 Pro is an extension to IE7 that provides tonnes of cool tweaks. My 2 favourite's are

  • crash recovery: brings back the pages you had open should IE7 unexpectedly fall over
  • proxy toggle: allows me to quickly switch my proxy server on and off
